Summer Prize-giving 2020

The club's premier event, the Summer Prize Giving is normally held in May but for obvious reasons it was delayed this year. Despite the delay, a very successful celebration was held on Saturday. The evening ran very smoothly thanks to our MC, Mike Lanigan who introduced Commodore John Butcher to welcome those present. Trophies were presented along with fabulous prizes from our generous sponsors.Team Memphis made several trips to the podium after a brilliant season and Warren made a particularly heart warming speech. Congratulations go to all the winners with a special mention to Team Glory Days for taking out the Taylor & Co Ladies Series for the third year in a row.
Plenty of reminiscing about a wonderful Summer of sailing and tall stories told over a delicious meal rounded off a great evening.
