    You Travel Winter Cruising race 2

    Ten boats eagerly started today's race which was a cracker of a course in our stunning sailing waters, at the front door of Gulf Harbour Yacht Club. The course (#2) took us from the Start to Gulf Harbour Yellow Buoy (P), Navy Buoy (S), Southern Marine Reserve Buoy (S), Northern Marine Reserve Buoy (S), GH Yellow Buoy (P) to finish at Gulf Harbour Marina.     Hibiscus Marine Coatings Winter Race 1

    Race 1 of the Hibiscus Marine Coatings Winter GHYC-WBC Combined Series 2020 kicked off today. Easterly breeze blew away the grizzly skies of the morning for a blue sky start at 13:00 with the GHYC Olympus team led by Richard Brown. Both fleets set off with clean starts.   • Club Temporary Closure

    Gulf Harbour Yacht Club will temporarily close its doors effective immediately following the announcement from Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern that the nation has moved to Level 3 and will move to Level 4 at 11.59 pm on Wednesday. All sailing activities are cancelled and all other club events and functions are postponed until further notice. The club rooms will be closed.
