Winter Speaker Series 2025
Come down to THE CLUB and be inspired by stories and experiences that will make you want to explore new horizons and embrace life's greatest adventures!
Our Vice Commodore Mike Pigneguy has selected an amazing group of speakers for this year's series, each bringing remarkable tales from their unique journeys. From navigating distant waters and volunteering in far-off communities to exploring the mysteries of the night sky and discovering what lies beyond our earthly boundaries. These speakers from within our club and wider community will share their passion, courage, and curiosity that drove them to seek extraordinary experiences.
Whether you're drawn to the call of the ocean, the wonder of the cosmos, or the opportunity to make a difference in communities around the world, these captivating presentations will ignite your sense of adventure and remind you that inspiration can be found both on familiar waters and in completely uncharted territory.
Join fellow members for an evening of diverse stories, shared inspiration, and the kind of tales that will have you planning your next great adventure whatever form it may take.
Club open from 5pm. Light meals available from 6pm. Speaker starts 7.30pm.
All GHYC members and guests welcome. Please feel free to invite your friends.
