Hauraki Gulf Weather Forecasting

Come hear Georgina Griffiths from the Met Office, and a sailor in these waters for more than 30 years, share her knowledge of weather in the Hauraki Gulf.

Georgina will discuss a couple of well-known spatial effects in winds in this area, and we'll go through what's happening with the weather on the day you get to see some 'live' information straight from the MetService forecast room in Stanley Street via an on-line meeting.

Club will be open from 6.30pm.
