Optimist Training en mass!

Over 40 Optimists from the New Zealand Optimist Dinghy Association ( NZODA) Development Camp on the water at Gulf Harbour. The young sailors, who make up the New Zealand Training Squad this year, experienced a range of conditions to challenge their skills, as they completed the various activities set by the NZODA coaches, led by YNZ Youth Coordinator Sam Mackay. A team of very supportive parents were also kept busy with launch and recovery duties. A great weekend at a fantastic location!
