Time for hopping around on boats!

ALL MEMBERS WELCOME NO BOAT REQUIRED
Register as a 'BOAT' or a 'HOPPER' by Monday 6th November
BOAT - Motor launch or sailboat
- Register your boat name, berth number, the maximum number of guests you can take at one time and state if your boat access is not easy
- You will host 4 to 6 guests who will bring a plate of finger-food & their favourite tipple
- You will provide your own drink
- Your first guests will stay for approximately an hour and then move on to their second boat
- You will receive a second group of guests with finger-food & tipple and they will stay for approximately an hour
- At 8.30 you and guests will retire to the Yacht Club bar, taking any remaining food with you
HOPPER
- Register as a guest and indicate if you have any mobility issues
- You will need two plates of finger-food and your favourite tipple
- Meet at the Club at 6.00, then take a plate of food & your tipple to your first boat
- At approximately 7.20 move on to your second boat, taking second plate of food & favourite tipple
- At 8.30 you & your hosts retire to the Yacht Club bar taking any remaining food with you
FORMAT FOR THE EVENING
6.00 Everyone meets at the Yacht Club, where you find out where to go as a HOPPER or who you will receive as guests on your BOAT
6.15 BOAT people go to their boats ready to receive guests
6.20 HOPPERS go to their first BOAT
7.20 HOPPERS move from their first BOAT to their second one
8.30 Everyone returns to the Yacht Club with any remaining food, to enjoy the rest of the evening mixing and mingling around the bar
PS: Licensing Rules do not allow alcoholic drink purchased elsewhere to be taken into the Club
